The boys woke up early Easter morning. The night before I had told them that the Easter Bunny wouldn't come if they didn't go to sleep, so they knew there was something for them upstairs. It was insanity trying to get them to calm down enough to get dressed.

They didn't get a lot, but they loved their buckets. They even got edible grass (because the Easter Bunny really knows our boys will put anything in their mouths).

Saige was really excited about the 'birdies' he could eat. "Mmmmm, yummy birdies," he says. Raiden wanted to eat everything right then.

This year we decided to have an easter egg hunt in our yard. It was so much fun watching the boys. Raiden found his first egg and thought it was a ball. He just dropped his bucket and started throwing the 'ball' and chasing it. It was funny.

We finally got him to pick up the eggs and put them in his bucket, but Saige already had most of the eggs. After all the eggs were found, we went inside to open them up. Raiden didn't want to give up his 'balls' until he saw that Saige got candy out of them. We couldn't open them fast enough. We now have the Easter candy put away for treats. They each got a 'yummy birdie' before bed last night. Those two are just so funny :)
